Customer satisfaction is one of our main priorities at Vision Electronics, Inc., an electronic components distributor in Altamonte Springs, FL. We are confident you'll get the best parts on the market, but on the rare occasion that your shipment is damaged or incorrect, please consult our return policies.
Return Policy
All claims must be made within 30 days after receipt of merchandise. You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items; we will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s). Our management team must approve all returns. Please contact your sales representative to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product.

- Purchase Order or Invoice Number

Insure Your Shipment
We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged. We also suggest using a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Damaged Shipment
If merchandise arrives damaged, it is best to refuse the package and give it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, please make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record so your company can file a damage claim.
Save the merchandise and the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify the carrier immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pickup of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify the carrier of damaged goods within the first 10 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.

Defective Products
Defective returns can be returned directly to Vision Electronics, Inc. within 30 days from the invoice date at our discretion for credit, replacement, or exchange. This occurs only after an RMA number is issued.
Return Fees
Returned parts may be subject to a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Vision Electronics, Inc. on returned items.
